1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing services from Balanced Technologies Limited ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

We provide Product Development, Project Management and Governance, Software Development and Testing, Production Deployment and on-going maintenance advice and services. Specific deliverables are set out at the point of purchase.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the fees stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated cadence until cancelled by you.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or via your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to infringe third-party rights, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

• Payment data — processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

Lawful basis

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting), and for legitimate interests in securing and improving the service. Where required, we rely on consent.

We share data with processors required to run the service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting provider). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Contact and billing records are retained for 2 years to meet tax and accounting obligations, then deleted.
